4. Preparation of a brief report to summarize the methodology, findings and
recommendations, if any.
Federal, State, Regional and Local agency databases were searched for information that might
reveal known or potential hazardous uses or regulatory problems associated with the subject or
adjacent properties. This includes actual or potential impacts to the property or its operations
from off-site sources. These agencies provide information concerning sites of which they are
aware. When appropriate, regulatory personnel were interviewed for personal knowledge
regarding the site or the surrounding area.
Sanborn maps were not available to guide the site inspection. Individuals with knowledge of the
property were asked to submit responses to environmental questionnaires. Environmental
questionnaires cited in this report are included in Appendix I. Aerial photographs depicting the
subject property are included in Appendix H.
The physical survey focused on potential sources of environmental or regulatory concern,
including evidence of waste or hazardous materials, chemical storage areas, drains, ponds, wells,
construction materials, housekeeping practices, structures, equipment, wash or disposal areas and
underground tanks.
3.0 SITE OVERVIEW
3.1 Location
The subject property is located on W. Prior to 1990, it appears that the site was used as an automobile
wrecking or junk yard until at least 1975.
