While Ms. Lagorio departed the reception area to discuss the case with Mr. Snavely <br /> and me, Mr. Lopez made the follcwing comment, [sic] "now I know why some people walk into offices <br /> with shotguns and blow the fheads off of these people...... Unfortunately, our clerical staff were <br /> the recipients of the outburst. <br /> �l <br /> I understand people's frustration when dealing with the UST law and when working with government <br /> employees, but I will not tolerate behavior toward staff that is unwarranted.
