The purpose is to'identify <br /> potential receptors and ground water gradient influences. It is also onAhe <br /> checklist in Appendix B of the Tri-Regional Recommendations for data required <br /> for closure of underground tank sites. <br /> i; <br /> Conductance of a well survey should not require preparation of a work plan. Well <br /> surveys should consist of contacting the Department of Water Resources, <br /> municipal water suppliers, and any industrial, agricultural, or domesticsites that <br /> may have water wells within 2000 radial feet of the site for information;about <br /> existing wells.
