All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin . <br /> All improvement plans and specification must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Final Map . <br /> 2 . If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to <br /> the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute <br /> an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the <br /> completion of improvements within one ( 1 ) year after filing <br /> the Final Map. <br /> 3 . Gerald Avenue, Leanna Drive , and Marni Court shall be <br /> dedicated and improved to County Standards for a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way urban subdivision street. Alignment of Gerald <br /> Avenue shall conform to the adopted Specific Plan for "B" <br /> Street . <br />
