3 <br /> C. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall _ <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> f. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> g. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> h. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits or the <br /> beginning of any construction. <br /> i. This application requires a discretionary approval (i.e. , <br /> Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . Therefore, a <br /> grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> obtained. <br /> 5 . MONTEZUMA FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The water system shall meet U.F.C. Section 10. 301-C <br /> subdivision standards. <br /> b. The developer shall be required to install f ire hydrants <br /> every 300 feet and advise the fire chief when they are <br /> installed (U.F.C. Section 10. 301-C) . <br /> C. The fire hydrants shall have two 2k-inch and one 4k-inch <br /> connections. <br /> d. The developer shall mark all fire hydrants with a blue <br /> reflector on the street (U.F.C. Section 10 . 301-D) . <br /> e. The developer shall provide up-to-date plot plans for all <br /> development. <br /> 6.
