The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The <br /> fee currently is $1, 000. 00 per single-family dwelling <br /> unit. The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 .5 percent shall be added to the fee upon <br /> payment for processing and administering the program. <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer <br /> facilities shall either be bonded for or be in place, as <br /> evidenced by a letter from the serving entity. <br /> b. This project shall be provided with public water service <br /> at the time of Final Map recordation. Prior to final <br /> approval, a letter shall be submitted from the serving <br /> entity which states that these services are either bonded <br /> for or are in place. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and <br /> it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material. <br /> b.
