of plans must include fire sprinkler plans, truss design submittals, metal building shop drawings, <br /> structural plans and calculations, plumbing,electrical and mechanical drawings and energy report. <br /> (4) A soils report is required pursuant to Section 1803 for foundations and CBC appendix Section J1 04 <br /> for grading of the CBC. All recommendations of the Soils Report shall be incorporated into the <br /> construction drawings. <br /> (5) For each proposed building, provide the following information on the plans: <br /> A. Description of proposed use <br /> B. Existing and proposed Occupancy Groups <br /> C. Type of construction <br /> D. Sprinklers(Yes or No) <br /> E. Number of stories <br /> F. Building height <br /> G. Allowable floor area <br /> H. Proposed floor area <br /> I. Occupant load based on the CBC <br /> J. Occupant load based on-the CPC <br /> (6) If high piled combustible storage is to be used in a building, an automatic fire sprinkler system will <br /> be required. <br /> (7) Accessible routes shall be provided per CBC Section 11 B-206.At least one accessible route shall <br /> be provided within the site from accessible parking spaces and accessible -passenger loading <br /> zones; public streets and sidewalks; and public transportation stops to the accessible building or <br /> facility entrance they serve.Where-more than one route is provided,all routes must be accessible. <br /> §11 B-206.2.1 <br /> (8) At least one accessible route shall connect accessible buildings,-accessible facilities, accessible <br /> elements and accessible spaces that are on the same site. §11 B-206.2.2 <br /> (9) At least one accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all <br /> accessible spaces and elements within the building or facility, including mezzanines, which are <br /> otherwise connected by a circulation path. §11 B-206.2.4 <br /> (10) Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disabilities in compliance with <br /> Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code. Note that accessible parking spaces are required for <br /> each phase of the project. These parking space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance to the building. <br /> (11) Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided for the facility, per the requirements of Chapter 4 of <br /> the California Plumbing Code. <br /> (12) Pursuant to Section 422.4 of the California Plumbing Code, toilet facilities shall be accessible to <br /> employees at all times, should not be more than 500 feet from where employees are regularly <br /> employed and accessible by not more than one flight of stairs.The plans shall indicate the location <br /> of the toilet facilities and the travel distance from work areas. <br /> (13) This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> requirements of the California Code of Regulations,Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 2.7. <br /> k.
