6i 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 11 Description of Site: The project consists of a 89 acre parcel located at 23281 N. Davis Road, Lodi, CA. The subject parcel number is 003-080-04. The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. There is an existing home on the subject parcel. 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split a 89 acre parcel into one 40 acre parcel and one 49 acre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being r submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county records. The owner was interviewed on October 8, 2007. David Lind has owned the subject parcel for 10+ F. years. The land use has not changed under his ownership. F. Presently the property includes a vineyard and a homesite. The surrounding properties to the north, south, and east are used for agricultural purposes. The Mokelumne River is located along the north and east property lines of project site. k + 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION: 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at the San. Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on October 2, 2007 l.1 (see appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on October 8, 2007 by Mike Toy of Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed on October 8, 2007, by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no findings. Research was performed on the subject site as required by County regulations.
