6i <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 11 Description of Site: The project consists of a 89 acre parcel located at <br /> 23281 N. Davis Road, Lodi, CA. The subject parcel number is 003-080-04. The project is in <br /> an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. There is an existing home <br /> on the subject parcel. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split a 89 acre parcel into <br /> one 40 acre parcel and one 49 acre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being <br /> r submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> environment contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county <br /> records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> rl 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity <br /> Map, and APN <br /> Page) <br /> F1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> a <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT9 AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: Therimar source of <br /> P Y <br /> f information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, David Lind. The <br /> owner was interviewed on October 8, 2007. David Lind has owned the subject parcel for 10+ <br /> F. years. The land use has not changed under his ownership. <br /> F. <br /> Presently the property includes a vineyard and a homesite. The surrounding properties to the <br /> north, south, and east are used for agricultural purposes. The Mokelumne River is located <br /> along the north and east property lines of project site. <br /> k + 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San. Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on October 2, 2007 <br /> l.1 (see appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on October 8, 2007 by Mike Toy of <br /> Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed on October 8, 2007, by Mike Toy of Dillon& <br /> Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank <br /> site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see appendix). A <br /> search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no findings. <br /> Research was performed on the subject site as required by County regulations. <br /> F1 <br /> c:1071001Surface and Subsurface October, 2007 <br />
