This is the well that Is <br /> expected to serve the new winemaking facility and tasting room as well as the existing <br /> special events facilities. <br /> 3.2 Septic Systems in the Area <br /> An attempt was made to count the number of rural residences from a review- of a 2011 air <br /> photo of the area The assumption was trade that one septic system is assocumed with each <br /> residence. Using this method, we concluded that excluding the subject property, three <br /> systems lie within the `/4-mile circle surrounding the site and at about 33 systems are within <br /> the 1-mile circle surrounding the Property (see topographic map in Appendix A and aerial <br /> view in Appendix B) <br /> Permits pertaining to septic systems on the subject property and septic systems in the 14- <br /> mile radius were reviewed at the EHD offices on April 15, 2013.
