Client: Campbell Charitable Trust Q <br /> CI#: E-91-632 <br /> Project: Soil Suitability Study: <br /> subject Property: 25658 East Deck Road Escalon, California <br /> `- A.P.N. 227-03-09, 227-03-12 Lots 15, 16 and 17 <br /> [1] EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This Soil Suitability Study presents the results of our <br /> investigation concerning the soil strata under the subject property <br /> referenced above to determine if this site is acceptable for a <br /> septic tank system. This study is in compliance with the <br /> requirements of Section 9-10104 (c) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinances. <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> E <br /> The subject site (Lot Nos.. 15, 16 and 17) is 330.5 feet by 362.7 <br /> feet (2.75 acres) . There are currently no improvements to the <br /> property and it is used primarily as pasture land for cattle <br /> grazing. There are no records of any structures that have existed <br /> on the subject property. This property is considered an antiquated <br /> subdivision and is currently zoned AL-10. <br /> The topography of the subject site is relatively flat with <br /> irrigation berms traversing in an east-west direction. The site <br /> is bound to the south by open agricultural land that is presently <br /> fallow, and to the north, west and east by single family residences <br /> that are all on septic systems. <br /> f I <br /> [3] PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBJECT SITE <br /> It is proposed to split Lots 15 and 17 and combine them with Lot <br /> 15 to create three separate parcels.
