I
[4] PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK SIGHTING AND USAGE
There are no septic systems currently on the subject property. The
septic systems for each of the three proposed individual lots are
to consist of a "seepage pit" system in compliance with the
regulations of the San Joaquin Department of Environmental Health.
The Appendix to this report contains a Plot Plan illustrating the
leach field area for each of the three parcels. This sewage
disposal area conforms with all of the separation requirements for
a new division.
[5] LOCAL GROUNDWATER INFORMATION
Found in the Appendix is a section of a map produced by the San
Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. This
map illustrates the "Lines of Equal Elevation of Water in Wells"
during the Spring of 1990. As can be noted, the static water level
is located at approximately 48 feet in the area of the subject
site. The groundwater directional flow appears to be towards the
southeast, although many factors can influence this direction.
It is proposed that there will be one domestic well for each lot.
There are currently two domestic water wells on either side of the
subject site as is illustrated on the Plot Plan map.
F1
1
• ii
i
54
s®F Qwality coontrol JnspectioH
