A site visit/assessment <br /> ri checklist is attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be a residence with a shed, a yard, a detached garage <br /> and a small garden. A small burn pile was observed on the northern portion of the property. <br /> No soil staining was observed on the subject property. <br /> One pole-mounted transformer was observed across Del Mar Avenue on the north side of the / <br /> property. A blue PCB-free sticker was not observed on the transformer. No leaks were t3 � <br /> observed. <br /> Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north, <br /> south, and west of the subject property were residences.
