Anderson &Associates, Inc. (NOA) has been retained by Mr. Aniceto Ruiz of Stockton to <br /> prepare a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the property identified as 27 South <br /> Del Mar Avenue, Stockton, California. <br /> F1 <br /> This report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, §9-905.12, as follows: <br /> Fi� A surface and subsurface contamination report shall be required at the time of the <br /> k tentative map submittal. The surface and subsurface contamination report shall be <br /> F1prepared by a qualified environmental professional and shall identify any potential <br /> a source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. <br /> F,! <br /> The report shall include evaluation of nonpoint source of hazardous materals, <br /> including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas <br /> F1The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent <br /> feasible and based on the search methods described in the text, sources of surface or <br /> i subsurface contamination to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations <br /> F, intended to inform the client and allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether <br /> further action should be required to address any potential contamination sources identified. <br /> This report contains information and data provided to NOA by several sources. NOA in no wac <br /> Pwarrants the accuracy or completeness of the information provided to this investiclation b <br /> those sources. <br /> This report has been formatted to correspond with San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> F1 Department's Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report Requirement Checklist, dated July <br /> F 14, 2003. <br /> This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Mr. Aniceto Ruiz and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the processing of a tentative map at San Joaquin <br /> F1County.
