One 7.5-minute map dated 1987, was obtained from <br /> Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> In the 1987 map, the subject property is depicted as residential. The property is depicted <br /> approximately 30 feet above mean sea level. Surrounding properties are residences. <br /> This map is included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 2.4 Interviews <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental <br /> Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by Aniceto Ruiz, owner of the subject �Z <br /> property, on July 25, 2007. A copy of the responses has been included in this report as <br /> Fill, Appendix E. <br /> F1In responses to the questionnaire, Mr. Ruiz indicated that he plans to build a home on the <br /> property. Currently there is a detached garage on the property. Mr. Ruiz does not know of any <br /> environmental concerns with the property. The property will connect with the public sewer and <br /> water systems. <br /> ! 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION <br /> t l 3.1 Research Methods <br /> NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. On a street map showing <br /> the location of the subject property, a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the properly <br /> boundaries, and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine <br /> address ranges for all streets within the quarter mile.
