Lule Property Page 4 of 8 Our Project Number: E07218A February 12, 2008 3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board NOA reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) list (October 2007), the Water Purveyors Quarterly Report on MTBE(October 2007), and the Spills, Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanups (SLIC) list (1t Quarter 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)4 in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases, and no addresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the databases. 1 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department According to Diane Martinez5 of the EHD, one file was available for the subject property address of 407 S. Del Mar Avenue. This file contains housing code violations; a notice of abatement C3 +J action letter issued September 28, 2004 and a release of abatement action letter issued January C +� 27, 2007 were reviewed. The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006 and the LOP/Non-LDP (3 Sites list, not dated, were reviewed at the EHD on December 27, 2007. No listed sites were 6c J found within one-quarter mile of the subject project. 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) websiteb was searched on January 2, 2008 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. No records were found for the subject property. 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office? was not contacted regarding use of �3 U agricultural chemicals on the subject property.
