The subject <br /> property was not listed on any of these databases, and no addresses within one-quarter mile of <br /> the subject property were found on the databases. <br /> 1 <br /> 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> According to Diane Martinez5 of the EHD, one file was available for the subject property address <br /> of 407 S. Del Mar Avenue. This file contains housing code violations; a notice of abatement C3 +J <br /> action letter issued September 28, 2004 and a release of abatement action letter issued January C +� <br /> 27, 2007 were reviewed. <br /> The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006 and the LOP/Non-LDP (3 <br /> Sites list, not dated, were reviewed at the EHD on December 27, 2007. No listed sites were 6c J <br /> found within one-quarter mile of the subject project. <br /> 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) websiteb was searched on January <br /> 2, 2008 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the <br /> subject property. No records were found for the subject property. <br /> 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office? was not contacted regarding use of �3 U <br /> agricultural chemicals on the subject property.
