Additional <br /> residences are in the vicinity. An open field is to the southeast. <br /> In the 1975, 1983 and 2002 photos, the subject property and vicinity appear similar to the <br /> previous photo. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land <br /> uses is limited by the scale and quality of the photos. <br /> 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, <br /> Stockton East, California, quadrangle map. One 7.5-minute map dated 1987, was obtained <br /> from Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> In the 1987 map, the subject property is depicted as residential. The property is depicted <br /> approximately 30 feet above mean sea level. Surrounding properties are residential. To the �z- <br /> east is Del Mar Avenue intersected by Marsh Avenue, and to the west is Wagner Avenue. <br /> This map is included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 2.4 Interviews <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental <br /> Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by Graciela Lule, owner of the subject <br /> project, on December 27, 2007. A copy of the responses has been included in this report as <br /> Appendix D. <br /> In responses to the questionnaire, Mrs. Lule indicated that she has owned the property since <br /> 1995. The property is currently used as a rental property. There are two residences on the �) <br /> property; the oldest one was probably build around 1940 and another was built in April of 2007: <br /> 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION <br /> 3.1 Research Methods <br /> NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. On a street map showing <br /> the location of the subject property, a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property <br /> boundaries, and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine <br /> address ranges for all streets within the quarter mile.
