(Ernie Costamagna), Property located at 7330 West Delta <br /> Avenue, Tracy, CA 95376. <br /> Existing Septic Systems: <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the area in the <br /> immediate vicinity of the subject property. Only one permit was found. <br /> This was for a new installation on an elevated area at 7330 West Delta <br /> Avenue. <br /> Existing Use: <br /> There is a home,garage and barn on the property. The remainder is in row <br /> crops. <br /> Percolation Tests: <br /> On October 13, 14, 1997 two percolation tests were performed by me in <br /> conformance with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the"Manual <br /> Septic Tank Practice", published by the U.S. Department of Health, <br /> Education and Welfare and per requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Local Health District. The approximate locations of the test holes are <br /> shown on the accompanying detail map. <br /> -2- <br />
