October 23, 1997
Soil Suitability Study Parcel Map No. (MS-93-115)cont.
Parcel No. 1 had a percolation rate of 40 minutes per inch.
Parcel No. 2 had a percolation rate of 40 minutes per inch.
Soil Profile:
A soil profile was performed on each parcel. Water was
encountered at 4'-0" on Parcel No. 1 and at 5'-0" on Parcel No.2
Recommendations:
It is recommended that either mound or engineered systems be
installed. The test results represent only the immediate areas tested.
It is also recommended that at the time of development that
additional percolation tests and soil profiles be performed at the
actual locations of the homesites to determine the septic area
required.
Engineer's Statement:
Septic Systems can be installed to the density proposed and is not
expected to impact groundwater nor cause other health hazards.
JZ4.I C . / vv
Dwain C.
