Martin <br /> 21649 N. Des Moines Road, Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Requirements may also apply. These Requirements can not be modified. <br /> A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or percolation tests must be shown for <br /> each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 2. State on revised pians or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> 3. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> 4. Construct a domestic water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number <br /> of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title <br /> 22,CCR,will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 5. Repair the cross-connection from the irrigation well to the standpipe,providing a proper airgap, or by installing an <br /> approved backflow prevention device. <br /> 6. Remove and dispose of all garbage and other refuse that is located in the rectangular vault next to the irrigation <br /> well. <br /> 7. Composting, if proposed, green waste brought to the facility from other sites will require a composting facility <br /> permit. <br /> 8.
