Martin <br /> 21649 N. Des Moines Road, Acampo <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> 1. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or percolation <br /> tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. <br /> 2. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> 3. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003). u <br /> 4. Construct a domestic water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly <br /> permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, <br /> Section 5-4100. <br /> 5. Repair the cross-connection from the irrigation well to the standpipe, providing a proper <br /> airgap, or by installing an approved backflow prevention device. <br /> 6. Remove and dispose of all garbage and other refuse that is located in the rectangular <br /> vault next to the irrigation well. <br /> 7.
