The San Joaquin River is <br /> located is approximately 1 mile northeast of the subject property. <br /> Flood Zone The EDR database report shows that the subject property is not located within <br /> a 100 or 500-year Flood Zone. This data, available in select counties across <br /> the country, was obtained by EDR from the Federal Emergency Management <br /> Agency (FEMA) which has maps depicting FEMA-defined 100-year and <br /> 500-year flood zones. <br /> Wetlands The EDR database report shows that the subject property is not located within <br /> the National Wetlands Inventory.This data, available in select counties across <br /> the country, was obtained by EDR from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. <br /> 4.0. HISTORICAL USE t \' <br /> The history of the subject property from as early as 1915 to present was researched by <br /> reviewing aerial photographs,topographic maps,San Joaquin County Building Department <br /> records and a personal interview. Based on a review of historical records, the property has <br /> been utilized agriculturally for the cultivation of row crops (tilled land) since at least 1957. <br /> Permitting for the construction of the existing property single-family residence located on <br /> the easternmost corner of the property parcel began in 2002, with construction <br /> commencing in 2004.The property single-family structure was completed in 2005,with the <br /> addition of a recreational structure by 2008. <br /> Representative historical documents are included in Appendix D. <br /> 4.1. SANBORN FIRE INSURANCE MAPS <br /> Sanborn Fire Insurance maps were developed in the late 1800s and early 1900s for use <br /> as an assessment tool for fire insurance rates in urbanized areas but are now utilized as <br /> a valuable source of historical and environmental risk information. EDR owns the largest <br /> collection of Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps. AGE requested EDR to provide any Sanborn <br /> Fire Insurance Maps that might cover the subject property. Sanborn Fire Insurance Map <br /> coverage is not available for the subject property. <br /> 4.2.
