None of the observed gas wells shown on the maps are on or immediately adjacent to the property. 4.4. DIRECTORY LISTINGS Selected Directory information was provided by EDR; data was available for the years 1959, 1965, 1971, 1976, 1981, 1991, 1996 and 2000. The property address, 31901 South Determination Drive, was not listed in any of the researched years. Additionally, surrounding properties and cross streets were not listed in the historical directory search. Based on the absence of listings, no items of environmental concern were identified in review of historical subject property directory listings. 4.5. BUILDING DEPARTMENT r The San Joaquin County Building Department (SJCBD) maintains records for the construction and demolition of buildings and structures within city boundaries. The records are on a computer data base for 1992 and subsequent years. Permits issued prior to 1992 are not easily ascertainable and reviewable as the permit records are filed in notebooks by year then by street name; many records prior to 1960 do not list the permit purpose. AGE performed an internet search on the San Joaquin County Community Development website, hftp://www.co.san-ioaquin.ca.us/commdev,forPermitManagerrecordsfrom 1992 to present for the subject property address(s), as well as, a book permit search of records ranging in date from 1946 to 1991.
