These wells are listed <br /> in the Geocheck-Physical Setting Source Summary section of the EDR report included in <br /> Appendix D. <br /> 6.4. PROPERTY OWNER-PROVIDED DOCUMENTS <br /> During the course of this report, the property owner provided AGE with the document <br /> entitled Soil Suitability Study (SSS) for the Ken Yasui Property, APN 255-230-20 (Major <br /> Subdivision No. SU-92-7)dated 03 May 1999, prepared by Dwain C. Tosch, Civil Engineer. <br /> The SSS was prepared on the original 292.3-acre mother parcel (255-230-20), which was <br /> subsequently subdivided into seven separate parcels, one of which is the current subject <br /> property parcel. The current property parcel is referred to as Lot No. 3 within the SSS. <br /> According to the SSS, two percolation tests, a shallow and a deep pit, were conducted <br /> near the center of the current property parcel/historical Lot No. 3. The shallow percolation <br /> test result was 60 minutes/inch, and the deep result was 24 minutes/inch. Based on the <br /> overall percolation test results (14 were performed on the proposed 7 lots), the SSS <br /> recommended not to install shallow septic systems, and, that due to high water table, a <br /> dual septic system consisting of leach lines, sumps, and an alternating distribution box be <br /> constructed for each lot. A copy of the 1999 SSS is provided within Appendix C. <br /> 7.0. SUBJECT PROPERTY RECONNAISSANCE <br /> A subject property site reconnaissance was conducted by an AGE representative on 01 <br /> October 2013. At the time of the site visit the weather was warm and clear. Property <br /> features are identified on the Site Plan, provided as Figure 2; photographs of the subject <br /> property are provided in Appendix A. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmenhJ, Inc. <br />
