METHODOLOGY AND LIMITING CONDITIONS <br /> An AGE representative was given full access to subject property exterior and the interior <br /> of storage sheds. The interior of the property single-family residence and recreational <br /> structure were not inspected during the site reconnaissance. AGE does not consider this <br /> limiting condition significant due to the residential uses of the structures. No additional <br /> limiting conditions were noted. <br /> 7.2. GENERAL SITE SETTING <br /> The following is a description of the primary features of the subject property observed at <br /> the time of the site visit: <br /> _ The property is located along the south-southwest side of Determination Drive (an <br /> unmarked, gravel road). Access to the property is gained by two dirt access roads, <br /> and a concrete driveway. The concrete driveway leads to a single-family residence <br /> on the easternmost corner of the property parcel. The remaining property acreage <br /> comprises tilled, dry land. <br /> • The property residential area on the easternmost corner of the property parcel <br /> contains the following features: <br /> • Single-family residence served by a septic system located immediately east <br /> - of the structure. <br /> • Recreation structure located behind the property residence served by a <br /> septic system located immediately east of the structure. <br /> • Two storage sheds located west-northwest of the residence and recreation <br /> structure. The northernmost of the two sheds serves as a well house and <br /> covers the domestic drinking water well-head and water tank. Both sheds <br /> contain miscellaneous household storage, including small quantities, typical <br /> of household use, of pesticides (less than five gallons), and gasoline (less <br /> than five gallons)for landscaping equipment. No spillage, staining,or pooling <br /> of materials were noted in the storage sheds. <br /> • A compost area located southwest of the sheds. The compost area was dug <br /> out of the surface (concave) and dyked on the sides by the removed soils. <br /> The interior of the compost area was inspected and only contained plant <br /> material from the residential area landscaping. No soil staining, or improper <br /> disposal of materials were noted within the compost area. <br /> • The remaining property acreage was tilled, unplanted, and dry land. An irrigation <br /> ditch bordered the south-southwest property line. The ditch was overgrown, and <br /> ldvanced GeaEnvirnnmental.Inc. <br />
