11 October 2013
AGE Project No. 13-2918
appeared to be in disuse. Near the center of the irrigation ditch, a valve area was
observed. Perpendicular to the valve area, appeared to be a subterranean irrigation
pipe that appeared to terminate near the center of the subject property. Concrete
and steal standpipes were visible at the termination point. No pumps, energy
sources (e.g., electricity or diesel), or irrigation wells were on the property
agricultural field or near the irrigation pipeline. The property agricultural field
appears to be non-irrigated (dry). The surface of the agricultural field was inspected,
and no staining, pooling of materials, or chemical storage was observed on the field.
• Surrounding property use was agricultural, with some single-family residences.
7.3.
