Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> BARAJAS PROPERTY <br /> 31901 South Determination Drive, Tracy, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has been retained by Ms. Celia Barajas to <br /> perform a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for 31901 South Determination <br /> Drive, Tracy, California (hereafter referred to as subject property or property), identified as <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number(APN)255-340-03. The property is further <br /> located in unincorporated San Joaquin County, southeast of the City of Tracy, California. <br /> The purpose of the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the <br /> extent feasible, any real or potential surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses of the subject property that could lead to liability in the event of <br /> ownership, that could have a potential impact on property value, or that could impact the <br /> present or future use of the subject property. The report includes evaluation of nonpoint <br /> sources of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as <br /> potential point sources, such as above-ground or underground fuel storage tanks, septic <br /> systems, or chemical storage areas. San Joaquin County Development Ordinance <br /> 9 905.12(a) was used as a guideline to perform this assessment. <br /> The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is required by San Joaquin County to <br /> facilitate a Tentative Parcel Map to reapportion the current single, approximately 41 acre <br /> property parcel into two new parcels. The proposed new_parcel comprises a five acre area t.1 <br /> containing an existing single-family residence and associated structures and features <br /> °- located on the eastern corner of the property, as depicted in the tentative parcel map <br /> provided in Appendix C and the site plan provided as Figure 2. Remaining property t <br /> acreage will continue to be utilized agriculturally. <br /> 2.0. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property comprises a single 41.01-acre, rectangular-shaped parcel containing 1 <br /> a single-family residence on the eastern corner of the property,with the remaining property <br /> acreage is seasonally utilized agriculturally for the cultivation of row crops (tilled land). The <br /> property is located along the south-southwest side of Determination Drive (an unmarked, <br /> gravel road), approximately 1,200 feet south-southeast of the intersection of Durham Ferry <br />` Road and Determination Drive. Determination Drive intersects Durham Ferry Road and <br /> continues southwest approximately 900 feet and makes an approximate 90-degree bend <br /> towards the southeast and the subject property.
