CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-92-13 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES ` <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map indicating the area is suitable <br /> for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan <br /> approval. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test are required For <br /> Environmental Health approval. A permit for the percolation <br /> tests from the Environmental Health Division is required on <br /> both parcels. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcel #1 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 3. MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> a. The project shall conform with the Uniform Fire Code and <br /> Standards. <br /> b. The project shall conform with, if applicable, the National <br /> Fire Protection Association Standards. <br /> C. The project shall conform with, if applicable, the City of <br /> Lathrop or San Joaquin County Fire Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> d. The fire department development fee's shall be paid in <br /> accordance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance and <br /> Resolutions adopting the fee schedule. Industrial/Commercial <br /> at $ . 21 per square foot, Single Family, Multi-Family and <br /> Mobile Homes at $ . 19 per square foot. <br />
