Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. i A. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements shall be submitted to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 4, Section 13260). B. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, 114380). A review fee of$345 is required at the time of submittal. I NOTE: Plans shall be submitted to the California Department of Food and Agricultural, Milk and Dairy Foods Control, and be approved prior to issuance of a building permit. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be �J submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic �csystem usage. The studies muss be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). �ysirW A review fee of$575 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is f� required for each parcel. A permit fee of$115 per percolation hole is required. D. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Di bromochloro propane (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7).
