Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> i <br /> A. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements shall be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> Section 13260). <br /> B. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review <br /> and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, <br /> 114380). A review fee of$345 is required at the time of submittal. <br /> I <br /> NOTE: <br /> Plans shall be submitted to the California Department of Food and Agricultural, Milk and Dairy <br /> Foods Control, and be approved prior to issuance of a building permit. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> �J submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> �csystem usage. The studies muss be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). <br /> �ysirW A review fee of$575 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on <br /> site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> f� required for each parcel. A permit fee of$115 per percolation hole is required. <br /> D. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Di bromochloro propane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br />
