In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so <br /> ? it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> f� used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> ff In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> �F Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> - prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County'Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: -— <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsae�ead Senior Registered Environmental Health <br /> Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public <br /> water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> t� Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />
