A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or the EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water treatment and disposal systems,is required for <br /> each parcel. `A permit fee of$115.00 per percolation hold is required. <br /> d. The existing jrivate water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloroprop ane(DBCP) and <br /> nitrates with the results submitted to Environmental Health prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> Samples are_to be taken and analyzed by a State approved laboratory. Submit to Environmental Health revised site plans showing the maximum number of employees and <br /> customers orparishioners the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on <br /> revised plans'that the leach field area will be barricaded for it cannot be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it <br /> cannot contain any underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][5]) <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100 percent designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> Conditions of Approval -3 - PA1000013 <br />
