Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study for dairy aninial waste indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for the usage number of animals proposed must be performed prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> Note: This dairy has experienced waste discharge violations as previously reported by the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. Corrective measures will need to be <br /> included into the referenced study above. <br /> 13,Applicant.needs to complete application by declaring how many cows, heifers, and calves are <br /> - " proposed for this future dairy site. Applicant shall declare parcels owned and parcels rented <br /> and acreage available for manure and waste water disposal. <br /> I <br /> C.. Submit three (3) sets of building plans for review and approval prior to issuance of building <br /> permits to the Environmental Health Division. Plans shall include the design of the entire <br /> dairy facility (milking barn, corrals, free stall housing, shelter sheds, dry cow facilities, calf <br /> barns, and waste water ponds); California Food and Agricultural Code, Division 15, Chapter <br /> 5, Article 2, Section 33481-33487.
