Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s), California <br /> Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603, <br /> NOTE: The water supply.to the dairy barn must be protected from all outside sources by use <br /> of reduced pressure backflow devices. All water hoses must have backflow devices, and <br /> R/Ps are required at all chemical injection sites. ! <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the � <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County ; <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. All liquid and solid dairy wastes from this operation are to be retained on the premises so as <br /> not to cause a nuisance or a heath problem(Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, <br /> Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263). <br /> G. The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an amount, which would preclude <br /> good waste management practices. Applicant is to contact the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board regarding filing a Waste Management Report to be approved by <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and the Environmental Health <br /> Division (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260- <br /> 13263). <br /> (CONDIEHD) <br /> H. All liquid and solid dairy wastes and vectorproblems associated with this dairy operation are <br /> to be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem (Porter- <br /> Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263). Any <br /> complaints that are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health <br /> Division hourly rate ($78.00) for response and correction as per Board of Supervisors <br /> Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> I.
