T <br /> CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> Fr' ORDER NO. 90-301 <br /> WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> E FOR <br /> JOSE DA <br /> i SILVA <br /> DBA JOE DA SILVA DAIRY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, <br /> (hereafter Board) finds that: <br /> I . The Joe Da Silva Dairy (hereafter Discharger) is in the northwest quarter <br /> F. Of Section 15, T1S, R9E, MDB&M, at 27398 E. Dodds Road in San Joaquin <br /> County (see Attachment A which is hereby made part of this Order) . <br /> 2. The dairy is owned and operated by Jose Da Silva. <br /> 3. The Discharger submitted a completed Report of Waste Discharge on <br /> 20 April 1990. <br /> F4. The discharge consists of manure solids, <br /> containing manure from confined animal facilities. <br /> water and .storm water runoff <br /> F: <br /> 5. The Discharger has approximately 560 animal units (AU) as calculated and <br /> listed in Attachment 8, which is hereby made part of this Order. <br /> F, 6. The dairy has approximately 200 acres available for manure and wastewater <br /> application. <br /> 1. Water containing manure has been discharged from <br /> F, Lateral , thence to Temple Creek and the S the dairy into Fairbanks <br /> Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. � <br /> 8. The beneficial uses of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta are municip a , <br /> F.' <br /> industrial , and agricultural supply; recreation; navigation; and fish and <br /> wildlife habitat. <br /> 9. Beneficial uses of ground water in the surrounding area are domestic, <br /> r municipal , industrial , and agricultural supply. <br /> PP y• <br /> 10. The Board has adopted a Water Quality Control Plan, Second Edition, for the <br /> Sacramento-San Joaquin Basin which contains waterualit objectives <br /> all waters of the Basin. These requirements are consistent with that Plan. <br /> { 11 . These requirements are consistent with Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 15, <br /> California Code of Regulations (CCR) , as adopted by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board on 18 October 1984. <br /> F <br />
