Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study for dairy/animal waste indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for the usage number of animals proposed must be performed prior to building <br /> permit.as required by Section 9-1105.2(d)of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A <br /> nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of F <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County i <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit. A review fee of$156.00 is required at time { <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) ; <br /> C.
