Applicant is to contact the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board regarding filing a Waste Management Report to be approved by <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and the Environmental Health <br />} Division (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260- <br /> 13263). <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> M. All liquid and solid dairy wastes and vector problems associated with this dairy operation are <br /> to be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem (Porter- <br /> Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section I3260-13263). Any <br /> complaints that are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health <br /> Division hourly rate ($7$.00) for response and correction as per Board of Supervisors <br /> Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> N. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> O. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401, <br /> P. Apply for employee Housing Facility Permit. A Housing Facility Permit costs $35.00, plus <br /> $12.00 for each employee. Housing facilities must meet the requirements of the Employee <br /> Housing Act, Chapter 1, Part 1, Division 13 of the California Health and Safety Code, and <br /> Subchapter 3, Title 25, of the California Code of Regulations.
