The applicant <br /> is also proposing to hold one field trial event annually. <br /> The site is located on the east side of Dry Creek Road, approximately one <br /> mile north of Liberty Road, northwest of Clements. Dry Creek Road is an <br /> unpaved, County maintained road. <br /> The project is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on May 16, <br /> 1996. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and will be <br /> recommending that it be approved by the Planning Commission subject to the <br /> following recommended. Conditions of Approval: <br /> Use Permit Application No. -C was approved by the Planning commission on <br /> -C. The effective date of approval is -C. This approval will expire on <br /> AC, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building <br /> permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits <br /> from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance <br /> requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and <br /> the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a <br /> Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to <br /> this application. ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other <br /> ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> 1.
