APPROVED USE: This approval is for a 40-dog breeding and <br /> training kennel and one annual field trial event, as proposed and <br /> as shown on the plan submitted March 25, 1996. <br /> C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved <br /> Business License prior to the initiation of the use. The <br /> Business License can be obtained concurrent with the building <br /> permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance <br /> Code) ' <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm drainage runoff created by <br /> new improvements shall be retained on the site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown <br /> on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations must be attached. <br /> e. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply: <br /> 1. Dog runs are not permitted in front yards, street side <br /> yards, or in front of main buildings (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1022 .4 (d) ) . <br /> 2 . All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, <br /> cages and feed areas shall be maintained free from litter, <br /> garbage, and excessive accumulation of manure so as to <br /> discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease <br /> vectors, and offensive odors. The premises shall be <br /> maintained in a neat and sanitary manner. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1045.7 (bl) <br /> 3 . Except for movement on and off the property, dogs shall not <br /> be kept or maintained in coops, pens, corrals, or within <br /> barns or similar structures, on property of less than one- <br /> half acre, closer than 40 feet from any rear or side <br /> property line.
