Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The site plan shall delineate the specific buildings used for the kennel operation and their areas. <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of site plan approval. (The fee currently is$936.00 per I,000 gross square foot of building as <br /> Service Commercial or$134.34 per daily trip-end generated in the Lockeford area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record.)
