Well water sampling and testing is the responsibility of the property owner <br /> ' who will submit this information separate and apart from this report. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: A 6,000 square feet minimum usable disposal area is <br /> recommended for the 40.019 acres parcel to accommodate a subsurface horizontal leach <br /> field. However, ponding noted on the gravel roads providing access to all of the <br /> aforementioned six(6)parcel indicates there could be areas of high clay content in some <br /> areas and careful selection of any planned septic system would be wise. <br /> k <br />
