The soil is of alluvial derivation from mixed rock sources with a high water table as a result of irrigation water. I It is at elevations from 25 feet to 140, in a climate with an rainfall of ten(10) inches and average temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit with 270 frost free days. The soil has a high shrink-swell factor and permeability is generally slow and the available water capacity is high. Five were on Kasson Road, one was on Airport Way and none were reviewed on Durham Ferry Road, nor was any found for the subject property of this report.
