C. Provide one separate irrigation outlet for each lot from an existing irrigation system tied <br /> to a private line. <br /> d. Install safety covers and grates,to O.I.D.'s standards, at the weir structure in Angel Drain <br /> adajcent to the pumping station. <br /> e. Apply for an Encroachment Permit and Structure Application for any additional road <br /> crossings on the Angel Drain. <br /> f. Form an owners' association to provide for maintenance and operation of the private <br /> irrigation system. <br /> g. The Oakdale Irrigation District is not responsible for the private system, and a note <br /> indicating this fact shall appear on the Parcel Map. <br /> 4. PLANNING DIVISION: <br /> a. A letter from the Oakdale Irrigation District which indicates that its conditions have been <br /> met shall be submitted to the Planning Division. <br /> S.
