These Requirements <br /> cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department for approval by the Environmental Health Division showing <br /> sewage and well information as required by the improvement plan <br /> (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> Z. Stage on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, <br /> or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 3.
