SA-92-50 PERMIT'I SERVICES <br /> OF ARTHUR LEWIS/ROBERT CHINCHIOLO <br />' -------------------- =------------------ f) <br /> This is a Site Approval Application .for a Cherry Packing Shed and <br /> controlled atmosphere cold storage to cool cherries and store <br /> q <br /> apples. <br /> A subsequent Minor Subdivision Application will subdivide <br /> site from <br /> a 69.80 acre parcel. The <br /> 25. 18 acres for the project s <br /> site is located on the north side of Eight Mile Road, 3 , 000 feet <br /> east of State Route 88 Highway, south east of Lodi. While Site <br /> Approval Applications are typically processed at the staff level, <br /> this item is being referred to the Planning Commission hearing of <br /> October 15, 1992 based on the numerous letters of opposition that <br /> have been received. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and will be recommending that it be approved by the <br /> Planning Commission subject to the following Ordinance Requirements <br /> t and Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other - agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> a Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance . <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> I 1 <br /> { Conditions of Approval: <br /> I.
