Located on the N. side of Eight Mile Rd, approximately 1/2 <br /> mile E. of State Route 88, SE. of Lodi. <br /> APPLICANT: Robert Chinchiolo APN: 063--120-6 <br /> I <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood Depth will be <br /> approximately 1 foot above the natural ground. <br /> Eight. Mile Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be -required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fees currently are $855. 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Manufacturing" and <br /> $1804 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Warehouse" <br /> in the Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90--304, R-91-1025) <br /> 2 .
