COMMENTS .ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA--92-50 2ND REVISION <br /> 3 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $88 . 89 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Warehouse" or "Manufacturing" . The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6 . 9 percent. <br /> An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon <br /> payment for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 4. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> j right--of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) <br /> 65. The frontage improvement for Eight Mile Road across the <br /> frontage of Parcel 1 of Minor Subdivision MS-92-186 shall be <br /> constructed in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half alf of <br /> an 84-foot right-of-way rural arterial road. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by <br /> the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed, legal description of Parcel 1 and an <br /> estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate <br /> and legal description shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a -form to be <br /> supplied by the Public works Department and submitted to the <br /> Public Works Department for approval.
