All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> f. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> g. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> Note: This application requires a discretionary approval, <br /> (e.g. Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . Therefore, <br /> a grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> obtained. <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 4, Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for structures located within the 100 year flood <br /> zone. <br /> 5. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior wall <br /> i of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or <br /> exceed standards published in Public Work design standards <br /> (Sec. 10.203 UFC) .
