APPROVED USE: This approval is for a private recreational facility to include docks, a <br /> storage building, and portable cabana, as shown on the plan submitted July 9, 1997. <br /> C. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently updating without the required <br /> permits, the site plan shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of approval. <br /> Enforcement action will be deferred if the site plan is submitted within 60 days and the <br /> Conditions of Approval are met within six months from the date of approval. <br /> i <br /> 2.
