x <br /> (1) The homesite shall not be transferred until September 10, 2020, or upon the death of an owner <br /> owningt least fifty(50) percent interest in the homesite parcel, unless the homesite parcel and <br /> the remainder parcel are merged pursuant to the provisions of the Development Title. <br /> (2) The property shown on the Parcel Map is restricted from further subdivision for homesite <br /> purposeg except for financing only, by Section 9-610.3 of the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title. <br /> g. RIPARIAN HABITAT: Parallel to Calaveras River along Parcel One and the Designated <br /> Remainder parcel, a natural open space area for riparian habitat and waterway protection shall <br /> be maintaindd to provide nesting and foraging habitat and the protection of waterway quality. The <br /> minimum width of said open space shall be one-hundred (100) feet, measured from the mean <br /> high water level of the natural bank or fifty (50) feet back from the existing riparian habitat, <br /> whichever is":-greater. Water-dependent uses may be permitted in this buffer. The mean high <br /> water level Obd the edge of the riparian habitat shall be shown on the Parcel Map. The open <br /> space buffer-required above shall be shown on the Parcel Map with the following note: <br /> (1) Pursuanf°to Section 9-1510,5 of the San Joaquin County Development Title, this area is <br /> designated as a natural open space for riparian habitat and waterway protection. No <br /> developilent other than water dependent uses shall be permitted in this space. <br /> 2. COUNTY COUN§EL <br /> 4 <br /> a.
