F; <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> fr 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one 31.1 acre parcel and one 30.9 acre parcel <br /> located at 14651, 14801, ang 14807 E. Eight Mile Road, Linden, California. The subject parcel <br /> numbers are 065-070-10, 3/5/, & 37. The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing <br /> parcels are zoned AG-40. <br /> l.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create a 40 acre parcel and a 22 acre <br /> 1 designated remainder by a Lot Line Adjustment. The 40 acre parcel is then subdivided to create <br /> a 2 acre homesite parcel and 38 acre parcel. <br /> 1. <br /> 1, Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1f Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present,and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information <br /> of the historic use of this property is testimony of one of the owners, Jeannie Zolezzi. She was <br /> interviewed on May 20, 2010. The subject parcels have been family owned for more than 20 years. 11 <br /> Presently,the 31.1 acre parcel is an orchard. The 30.9 acre parcel is an orchard with 2 homes. The <br /> Fsurrounding properties to the north, south,west, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> t • <br /> l 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The Designated Remainder and Parcel 2 <br /> both have homes as shown on the Tentative Map (See Appendix). The septic systems on site are (,3. <br /> standard with a pit. The septic systems are used by the homes only. <br /> f 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research indicates there is a septic systems on-site. However, <br /> r there are no original permits with the exception of repairs to the existing septic systems,and <br /> destruction and replacement of the septic systems. No other septic systems have been constructed <br /> Fon these parcels (See Appendix). i <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: The existing septic system for Parcel 2 was <br /> FI replaced in June 2003, and the existing septic for the Designated Remainder was replaced in <br /> December, 2002 (See Appendix). . <br /> r <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: The general area , <br /> surrounding this property show standard septic systems.
