3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History: No repair history has been shown <br /> for surrounding parcels. Research was conducted by San Joaquin County Environmental-Health <br /> Department staff(See Appendix). <br /> 3.7 Description of Proposed or Expected Maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic <br /> tank usage on site. There are no immediate plans for any more dwellings. Parcel 1 and the 3 ) <br /> designated remainder are entitled to a <br /> g primary residence and a second unit dwelling. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER .INFORMATION SECTION: <br /> 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br /> k <br /> ground water in this area is approximately 110 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth <br /> to Groundwater" published Spring, 1999, by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. <br /> 4.2 Description/Discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination <br /> issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this <br /> area are deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides,pesticides, and fertilizers <br /> typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths,however, as with any agricultural area, <br /> there is always potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. <br /> 4.3 Description of location, type and construction of well and location where water sample(s) <br /> were obtained: Water samples were taken from a spigot at the domestic well located at 14807 <br /> F Eight Mile Road on September 30, 2010 by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy. � 3) <br /> Fil 4.4 Description of constituents being tested for in thewater sample: The water samples are being tested for nitrates and DBCP. CJ <br /> 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: <br /> The water samples were obtained from the spigot at the well located at 14807 Eight Mile Road. <br /> The samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy, and driven directly to Precision ("5) <br /> Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech <br /> requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. <br /> 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document,including printed and signed name of third party <br /> sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab.
